Methods of Payment:

We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept COD.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax is only applicable to orders being shipped within Tennessee.

Shipping and Handling:
The shipping and handling charges are for a Standard Ground delivery.
Many of our prelaunch orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will update you at the point of ordering, which items are being referred to.

Order Changes
To make changes to an order that has been submitted on our Store site, please call Customer Service Assistance at 1-931-486-2188. You are welcome to leave messages at this number. You can also send us an email at: info@adassabrand.com or use the contact form to expedite your request.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please complete the Exchange / Return form included in your shipment within 30 days of receipt, enclose it, along with the item(s) you are returning, and mail to:

Your account will be credited within 30 business days of receipt. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that all On Sale items are Final Sale. No Exchanges and/or Returns will be accepted for these items. All returns must be unused and in new condition.

OUR SIGNATURE HANDBAGS:
Please be aware that since our bags are handmade, there are occasions when the dimensions will be a slightly different than the one advertised. We have also tried to provide accurate representation of the available fabric colors. Due to computer, monitor and/or video graphic card configurations, there may be some degree of difference between the actual fabric colors and the swatches displayed on the monitor.

Most all of the bags are made of damask and heavy weight brocades and all of the linings are a polyester-satin. These handbags are not washable. However, you may choose to dry clean them at the discretion of your dry cleaners. For best results, we recommend spot cleaning your new handbags.
