Women and men alike are being trained not only in leadership skills but entrepreneurialship. The women in
the community are very resourceful and as such find ways to improve their lifestyle.
We also know that there is so much they can do without outside assistance. To this effect, the Adassa Adumori
Foundation is establishing a "MicroCredit Financing program" to assist small business men and women in the community.
