Our Eco-friendly Statement:
 
We are delighted to be a part of a community promoting ecofriendly products. Whenever possible, we use organic and fair trade fabrics for our collection. In addition, majority of our fabrics used in our designs were created for Africans in factories which practice fair trade. Hence, our customers enjoy fabrics which are low impact and non toxic dyes.

At Adassa, we promise:

  • Minimum use of chemicals and / or pesticides
  • Best land mananement practices
  • Production adherance to fair trade practices

    We use 100% cotton, silk and damask as our fabrics and will continue to work hard in ensuring that our products carry the eco-friendly banner.

    The brand name is derived from the name of a teenager named Hadassah, who became Queen Esther in ancient Persia. The story of this noble queen bears semblance to that of Princess Fumi's mother, Princess Remi, a young orphan who overcame adversity and married an African Prince.
